Printing Services for TOURISM Santa Fe's Annual Visitors Guide

The City of Santa Fe is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing services for the Annual Santa Fe Visitors Guide under an on-call price agreement. The awarded vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, printing, bindery, finishing, packaging, shipping, freight, fuel surcharges, taxes, and delivery services necessary to produce the Visitors Guide in accordance with the specifications. The vendor must also confirm and share explicit details of their approval software. The City anticipates delivery of the Visitors Guides during the second or third week of January annually unless otherwise specified in writing. • The contract term may be awarded for up to 10 years from the date of final approval signature. • The awarded vendor shall maintain fixed pricing for each contract year. • The City reserves the right to evaluate items individually or in the aggregate and may consider extended quantities over the anticipated contract term. • The City may waive irregularities and recommend award serving City's best interest. • The vendor must comply with the City of Santa Fe and Santa Fe County’s Living Wage or Minimum Wage Rate Ordinances. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and maintain appropriate industry-standard coverage. • The vendor must provide a minimum of two references for comparable publication print work.
