Pasadena Bike Month 2026 & 2027 Event Planning and Management

The City of Pasadena is seeking a consultant to plan, manage, and deliver public events for Pasadena Bike Month in May 2026 and May 2027. The selected consultant will be responsible for organizing a minimum of eight events each year, for a total of sixteen events across the two contract years. The consultant must have a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing community events, particularly in partnership with community-based organizations and in cities comparable in size and complexity to Pasadena. Key responsibilities include event marketing and promotion, community engagement, and administrative management. • The consultant will be responsible for organizing a minimum of eight events each year, for a total of sixteen events across the two contract years. • The consultant must have a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing community events. • The consultant must demonstrate experience leading guided bicycle rides that are safe, accessible, and appropriate for all ages and abilities. • The consultant must have experience with event marketing and promotion, community engagement, and administrative management. • The consultant must be able to work in partnership with community-based organizations and in cities comparable in size and complexity to Pasadena.
