City of Dillingham, AK Downtown Fire Hall Replacement Project

The City of Dillingham, Alaska is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering teams to provide professional services for the Downtown Fire Hall Replacement Project. The project aims to replace the existing fire station with a modern facility that supports current and future operational needs of Dillingham Fire & Rescue. The selected team will provide services necessary to advance the project beyond predesign, including geotechnical investigation, surveying, architectural design development, civil engineering, structural engineering, and more. The City intends to select a team based on demonstrated qualifications, relevant experience, past performance, and ability to deliver services within the noted funding constraints.
