Protestant Musician

The Marine Corps Installations – National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR RCO) is seeking sources for musical support as the Musician, including Choir director and organist for Liturgical (General) Protestant worship services and for special/seasonal services, as well as funeral and memorial services for the Marine Memorial Chapel. The Musician will be responsible for providing instrumentation for all music associated with worship, developing and promoting the choral and supplemental music ministry program, and coordinating with the Pastor on all instrumental music and songs for each service. The Musician will also be required to provide recommendations for the proper maintenance of the chapel organs and piano. • Provide instrumentation for all music associated with worship • Develop, promote, and enhance the choral and supplemental music ministry program • Coordinate with the Pastor on all instrumental music and songs for each service • Provide recommendations for the proper maintenance of the chapel organs and piano • Support special musician events, such as Ash Wednesday Service and Good Friday Service • Provide musical support for funeral and memorial services
