FP In-Home Family Services Alcona-Iosco County

The State of Michigan, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking proposals for In-Home Family Services in Alcona and Iosco counties. The selected provider will deliver services to families with children at risk of out-of-home placement due to child abuse or neglect. The provider will work with families to develop goals and maintain a high degree of participation and investment in achieving those goals. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. • The provider must have experience working with families with children at risk of out-of-home placement. • The provider must have a presence in the geographic area to be served. • The provider must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with local community resources to connect clients to services. • The provider must have a plan for engaging clients who are resistant to services. • The provider must have a plan for continuing to provide services in the event of staff turnover.
