Instructional Materials & Supplies

The Lake Travis Independent School District is seeking proposals for Instructional Materials & Supplies, including books, workbooks, software, site licenses, subscriptions, and supplies. The district is looking for vendors to provide these materials and services to support student learning. The proposal should include a response to all attributes and compliance with all bid terms. The district strongly requests electronic bidding through the Lake Travis ISD eBid system. • The proposal includes instructional materials and supplies for various subjects, including science, language arts, and STEAM curriculum. • The district is accepting cooperative member purchasing contracts in lieu of submitting a formal proposal. • The proposal should include a Data Protection Agreement for educational apps and software. • The district does not incorporate printers from outside the fleet. • The proposal should include decodable books for Pre-k-2nd grade and World Languages for Spanish, French, and German.
