Instructional Supplies & Materials for the Classroom: (Books, Workbooks, Software, Site Licenses, Subscriptions, Supplies)

The Conroe Independent School District is seeking proposals for the purchase of instructional supplies and materials for the classroom, including books, workbooks, software, site licenses, subscriptions, and supplies. The district intends to establish a shelf or catalog discount for district-wide purchases of these items, which will be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by various campuses and departments. • The RFP is open to all qualified vendors, and any vendor that was only awarded on certain previous bids must respond to this bid to continue doing business with the district. • Vendors who were awarded on certain previous bids do not need to respond to this bid, as their awards are still valid. • Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Conroe ISD eBid system. • The district will be accepting proposals on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFP until it is closed on October 7, 2026.
