The vendor must provide customization, training, and professional services, and meet strict security, accessibility, and data‑privacy standards. • Deliver a hosted, scalable reservation platform supporting >1 million annual visitors across 56 parks. • Provide full lifecycle services: implementation, data migration, training, 5‑year support, SLA‑driven uptime (99.9 %), and disaster‑recovery capabilities. • Comply with NIST, PCI‑DSS, WCAG 2.1 AA, and state‑specific security and climate‑change certifications; integrate with State Okta/Entra for SSO.
