Y-12 Architectural & Engineering Design Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Request for Qualifications

The U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration, via Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC, is issuing a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Architectural & Engineering (A/E) design services at the Y‑12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Qualified firms will be pre‑qualified to receive task orders for a range of services, including conceptual and detailed design, feasibility studies, construction support, start‑up assistance, operations support, configuration management, minor modifications, and design audits. Respondents must submit their qualifications, relevant experience, and intended role by the deadline.
