Armed Guard Svc - DCFS - Monroe Reg CSE

The State of Louisiana is seeking bids for armed guard services for the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services, Monroe Child Support Enforcement Office. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide one uniformed armed security officer, in strict accordance with attached specifications, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, excluding weekends and state holidays. • The bidder must provide armed guard services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. • The bidder must have the necessary experience and qualifications to provide the required services. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment practices and accessibility. • The bidder must provide a price quote for the services, including all applicable taxes and fees. • The bidder must submit their bid electronically through the LaGov supplier portal, or manually signed in ink, with all required documentation and information.
