Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is issuing an informal RFP to establish a multi‑award catalog of vendors that can supply Career‑Technical‑Education (CTE) supplies, equipment, and related services. The contract will cover the 2025‑2026 school year with three optional renewal years (2026‑2029). Vendors must submit a price‑list/catalog, conflict‑of‑interest questionnaire, W‑9, and other compliance forms. Discounts must be FOB Destination and include shipping. The district will award multiple vendors on a rolling basis; proposals are evaluated on price, compliance, and ability to meet school‑site safety and background‑check requirements. No pre‑bid meeting or site visit is required.
