Current Model Year Automobiles

The State of Minnesota, Office of State Procurement, is seeking proposals from vehicle manufacturers or authorized distributors/representatives to provide current model year automobiles, including Toyota, Kia, Mazda, Honda, and other electric vehicles, on an as-needed basis. The contract term is anticipated to be from November 2025 to December 2026, with the option to extend up to 46 months. Responders must meet specific requirements, including being capable of receiving and processing up to 100 vehicles at a time. The evaluation process will consider factors such as price, responsiveness, and past performance. • The State is committed to diversity and inclusion in its public procurement process. • The contract will require the provision of new equipment and OEM available options. • Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder. • A prompt payment discount will not be considered in the evaluation of the response.
