The County is looking for innovative proposals that represent the highest and best use of the site for residential and/or mixed-use development, aligned with the community's long-term goals. The proposal should include a project narrative, conceptual sketches, and a proposed timeline for the redevelopment plan's completion. The County reserves the right to award a contract based on responses to this Request for Proposals without discussions or oral presentations.
