The Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape and irrigation maintenance for the Spur 93 and Jade Avenue Business Park. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals. Work includes quarterly irrigation system inspections, bi‑monthly mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, mulching, tree pruning, and seasonal application of fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides, as well as detailed reporting. The contractor must be a licensed irrigator, hold a Texas pesticide applicator license, and cannot use subcontractors.
