RFP # 23 OF 2026 - ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE COUNTY OF ERIE

The County of Erie is soliciting proposals for Architect of Record for the County of Erie as needed. The selected firm will provide architectural services, including feasibility studies, programming services, schematic design, design development, construction management, and construction observation. The term of the contract shall be for three years with two optional one-year extensions. The County of Erie will evaluate each written proposal based on qualifications, experience, past performance, and personnel. • The proposal should include a narrative description of the firm's experience in conducting efforts of the nature and scope required by this RFP. • The proposal should demonstrate the firm's ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. • The proposal should include a minimum of three references for work similar to that described in this proposal. • The proposal should include documentation to support the requirements outlined in the Qualifications & Experience category.
