The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is seeking a contractor to provide confidential assessment, counseling, and referral services, supervisory training, and mental health education for approximately 1200 employees. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance not to exceed 5 years. The estimated effective date of the contract is May 1, 2026. The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov as a small business under NAICS code 624190 to be considered for award. • The contract requires the contractor to provide monthly and yearly pricing totals. • The contractor must acknowledge all amendments as part of their bid submission. • The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions as part of the evaluation process if deemed necessary. • The contractor must provide all required information and requested by the solicitation at the time of initial proposal submission.
