Pre- Solicitation Notice: LES Health Insurance Coverage services

The U.S. Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia, is seeking proposals for health insurance coverage services for its locally employed staff and their eligible dependents. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options to renew. The contractor will be required to provide health insurance services, including hospitalization, emergency services, outpatient services, and more, with minimum coverage levels specified in the solicitation. The contractor must be licensed, certified, or accredited to provide health insurance coverage in Zambia. • The contractor must provide health insurance services to employees and their eligible dependents. • The contractor must meet the minimum coverage levels specified in the solicitation. • The contractor must be licensed, certified, or accredited to provide health insurance coverage in Zambia. • The contractor must provide a brochure that sets forth a complete listing of the health insurance benefits to be provided under the contract. • The contractor must provide reports and other deliverables as required by the contract.
