Detroit Supply Schedule #4 Facilities Management Services

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified firms to provide facilities management services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other skilled trades. The selected firm will be responsible for providing these services to various City of Detroit facilities. The contract will be for a 5-year period, with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. The firm must have experience providing similar services to municipalities or organizations with similar campus structures. The firm must also have certified staff and meet other qualifications specified in the RFQ. • The services include building management, plumbing maintenance and repair, electrical maintenance and repair, HVAC systems maintenance and repair, and roofing maintenance and repair. • The firm must have experience providing these services to municipalities or organizations with similar campus structures. • The firm must have certified staff, including licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians. • The firm must meet other qualifications specified in the RFQ, including having a minimum of 5 years of experience providing similar services. • The contract will be for a 5-year period, with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. • The firm must be able to provide all necessary permits and inspections, and provide warranties for all work performed.
