Kitchen Equipment

The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the provision of kitchen equipment, including a roll-in heated cabinet and a drop-in hot food well unit. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the equipment to the Northern Correctional Facility in Berlin, NH. The bid must include all costs, including delivery, and must be received by the Bureau of Purchase and Property by 11:00 AM on October 14, 2025. * The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the bid invitation, including the Traulsen Model No. AIH232L-FHS roll-in heated cabinet and the Randell Model No. 9560-5-DM drop-in hot food well unit. * The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty for the equipment for a period of not less than one year. * The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder that provides the best value to the State.
