ABSOLUTE SECURE ACCESS (NETMOTION) RENEWAL

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the renewal of Absolute Secure Access (NetMotion). The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder, and the contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary services. The bid package includes various documents, such as the bid proposal, specifications, and terms and conditions. Bidders are expected to examine all the documents and instructions included in the bid package. The bid opening will be held on January 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. • The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor shall keep informed of and comply with the Wyoming Ethics and Disclosure Act. • The contractor shall not discriminate against any individual on the grounds of age, sex, color, race, religion, national origin, or disability. • The contractor shall provide the Agency with notice of any sale, transfer, merger, or consolidation of the assets of the contractor.
