The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking a small‑business vendor to provide full‑service commercial Wi‑Fi for Building 977 at Joint Base San Antonio‑Randolph, Texas. The work includes restoring existing Wi‑Fi coverage, extending service to the first floor (Wings C & D), installing a dedicated 500 Mbps symmetric circuit, integrating DoD captive‑portal security, and delivering ongoing 24/7 managed service for up to five years. Contractors must meet rigorous installation standards, submit detailed as‑built drawings, and comply with all DoD security and safety regulations.
• Provide one‑time equipment procurement, installation, and testing (CLIN 0002).
• Deliver monthly managed Wi‑Fi service (CLIN 0001) with 95 % uptime and rapid incident response.
• Complete first‑floor extension within 30 calendar days after award and achieve full coverage verification via post‑installation heat‑map.
