The United States Marine Corps is seeking a buyer for 5,000-10,000 gallons of used petroleum products, including engine oil, hydraulic fluids, and other related products. The buyer will be responsible for picking up the materials from the MCAS Beaufort facility. The government reserves the right to vary the quantity tendered or delivered to the purchaser by 15 percent. The period of service is listed as Feb 6, 2026 – Feb 5, 2026. • The buyer must agree to pick up recyclable materials in strict accordance with the conditions listed in the bid solicitation. • The buyer must exercise caution and assume full liability for all damage to the property. • The buyer must save and hold the United States harmless for all damages to property or injury to all persons arising from the use of this agreement. • The government may terminate the agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the buyer.
