Downtown Infrastructure Improvements Project

The City of Keene is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Downtown Infrastructure Improvements and Reconstruction Project. The project includes three phases of construction over three years, with work on Main Street, Railroad Square, and Central Square. The scope of work includes drain system improvements, water system improvements, sewer system improvements, concrete sidewalks, electrical panel enclosures, landscaping, signage removal and replacement, and other associated work. • The project limits include Main Street, Railroad Square, and Central Square from the southernmost end, just south of Water Street, continuing north to Court/Washington Street at the northernmost limit of the project. • The project includes portions of the adjacent side streets along this route. • The scope of work includes furnishing and installing various infrastructure improvements, including drain culverts, water mains, sewer pipes, concrete sidewalks, and electrical equipment. • The project also includes landscaping, signage removal and replacement, and other associated work.
