General American with Disabilities Act Compliance Services for Existing Buildings, Facilities, Other Amenities and Proposed Construction Projects

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services for construction projects as needed to serve as on-call on a rotation basis for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design expertise, conducting assessments, inspections, and providing recommendations related to renovations, alterations, and/or additions to existing buildings, facilities, proposed construction projects, maintenance, public right-of-way, and other amenities owned and/or operated by the City of Laredo. The scope of work includes registration of projects with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, conduct review of plans and specifications, and verification of compliance with Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). • The contract term is for 2 years with an option for a 2-year renewal, for a total term of 4 years. • The contract will be issued per project upon funding available. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. • Formal questions related to the RFQ may be submitted through Cit-E-Bid no later than August 7, 2026.
