NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox is issuing a sole source solicitation for the EM Cluster Technology Upgrade. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to perform the upgrade. The contract will be awarded to Monaco Enterprises Incorporated, as they are the sole proprietary manufacturer of the D-21 system hardware and software. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the EM Cluster Technology Upgrade. • The contract is restricted to Monaco Enterprises Incorporated due to their proprietary rights to the D-21 system. • The solicitation is not available through SAM.gov.
