West Los Angeles Vet Center - New Replacing Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 5,189 rentable square feet and a maximum of 5,448 rentable square feet of medical space for a Vet Center in West Los Angeles, California. The lease term will be for 20 years, with a 5-year firm term and options for renewal. The space should be located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition. The building should have attractive, prestigious, and professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The Offeror should provide a fully serviced lease, including utilities, janitorial services, and security improvements. The Government will evaluate offers based on price, and the successful Offeror will be required to execute a Lease prepared by the VA.
