Recreation Management Software

The City of Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a recreation management software to manage its operations. The software should be able to handle core duties such as permitting and licensing, and should be user-friendly for both front-end and back-end users. The City is looking for a system that can differentiate between debit and credit card payments and provide the ability to pass credit card fees on to the customer. The key features of the software should include: • Compliance with specifications listed in the specification checklist and system requirements summary • Ability to integrate with existing systems such as Tyler Tech EPL (EnerGov) and PeopleSoft for Financial/ERP • Ability to handle online transactions and provide reports • Ability to differentiate between debit and credit card payments and provide the ability to pass credit card fees on to the customer • User-friendly interface for both front-end and back-end users • Ability to provide training and technical support The City is looking for a proposer who has experience in providing similar software solutions and has a good track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The proposer should also have a good understanding of the City's requirements and be able to provide a tailored solution that meets its needs.
