Road Flares

The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply of road flares. The successful bidder will be required to provide 30-minute road flares that meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. The flares must be waxed, have wire stands, and plastic caps. The bidder must also provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of the products. The contract will be for a one-time order with delivery required within 90 days of receipt of the purchase order. • The bid must be submitted on the provided bid form or an exact copy. • The bid must include the pricing information in the "Offer" section. • The bidder must complete the "Vendor Contact Information" section. • The bidder must sign the transmittal letter. • The bid must be received at the Bureau of Purchase and Property by 11:00 AM on 2/6/2026. • The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting a conforming bid meeting specifications at the lowest cost.
