Description
The State of Connecticut’s Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) and the Department of Correction (DOC) are seeking a qualified individual or firm to conduct a comprehensive staffing study. The study must deliver data‑driven analysis and best‑practice recommendations for the Division of State Police (within DESPP) and for custody and counseling staff (within DOC).
