Fireworks Display July 3 2026 RFP 26-001PR

The City of Villa Rica Parks & Recreation Department is seeking sealed bids for its Friday, July 3, 2026 Fireworks Display. The proposal must include a computer-designed, musically choreographed, and digitally fired fireworks display with expanded requirements for electrical firing systems and equipment. The standard for this provision is the Fire One system or equivalent electronic firing system. The city is requesting a bid price for a show that includes a minimum of 1400 shells, with a variety of special effect shells and a false ending prior to the grand finale. The proposal must also include a detailed itemized list of all close proximate fireworks effects proposed for use during the pre-show segment. • The city is requesting a minimum of 200 6” shells, 250 5” shells, and 250 4” shells. • The proposal must include a variety of special effect shells, including special effect barrage boxes, Saturn’s, and smiley faces. • The show must be at least 20 minutes in duration, with a maximum of 5 seconds of dead air time. • The proposal must include a cancellation policy and a plan for inclement weather.
