NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE- Mitel VoIP SIP Trunk Conversion Project

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) intends to issue a sole source award to Pacific Office Automation for the Mitel VoIP SIP Trunk Conversion Project. The project involves the installation, programming, and integration of the Mitel WAPA DSW VoIP system with SIP Trunks utilizing a MiVoice SBC. The contractor will provide Mitel trained, qualified, and skilled personnel for the installation, startup, and testing of the Mitel VoIP phone system. The project requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor shall furnish all materials and supplies required for the performance of work under this contract. • The contractor shall determine and furnish all equipment required for the performance of the work under this contract. • The contractor shall provide off-site storage space for its materials and equipment. • The contractor shall maintain an accurate record of and shall immediately report to the TR and the CO, all cases of death, occupational disease, or traumatic injury to employees or the public, and any property damage as a result of performance under this contract.
