Evidence Based Fitness Instruction for the Office on Aging and Independence

Howard County’s Office on Aging and Independence is seeking a qualified fitness‑instruction provider to deliver evidence‑based exercise programs for adults 50+. The contractor will conduct both in‑person classes at County‑operated “50+ Centers” and other community locations, as well as virtual sessions. Required program types include the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program and the Better Balance program, each needing certified instructors, pre‑screening of participants, attendance tracking, and safety reporting.
