J065--PM Svc Vandahl Sterilization Service - Base pluse Four (4) Option Years

The New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking a full‑service preventive‑maintenance provider for a comprehensive inventory of sterilization and related medical equipment. The contractor must perform scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs, provide OEM‑approved parts, generate detailed field service reports, and ensure equipment is fully functional before release. All work must comply with OEM specifications, and technicians must hold OEM certifications for each piece of equipment. The contract includes a base period plus four optional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years of service. • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on over 30 listed sterilizers, washers, cabinets, and related devices. • Supply all labor, travel, OEM‑approved parts, shipping labels, and field‑service documentation. • Ensure OEM‑certified technicians are available, provide certification upon request, and coordinate with Biomedical Engineering before service. • Manage non‑contract charges through prior Contracting Officer approval and adhere to strict reporting and equipment handling requirements.
