FY2026 Security Patrol Services

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking a contractor to provide security patrol services for its facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing security patrols for the listed facilities, including the Adams Campus, Cloverdale Campus, Meeker Campus, and Traffic Operation Center. The patrols will be conducted randomly between 6:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., 7 days a week, and will include checking for evidence of break-ins, securing premises, and reporting any incidents. The contractor will also be required to install and maintain an Electronic Patrol Verification System (EPVS) at each location. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. • The contractor must have a valid license and bonding as required by Garden City Code Title 3, Chapter 8-2, and Boise City Code Title 3, Chapter 12-4 and 6. • The contractor must provide documentary evidence of current licensure and insurance. • The contractor must have experience working with government agencies and providing security services. • The contractor must have a good understanding of the project requirements and be able to demonstrate their approach to the project.
