Description
The project will extend Runway 15‑33 at Richmond Executive‑Chesterfield Airport by approximately 800 feet, enhancing aircraft operations and capacity. Additional scope includes constructing a parallel taxiway, a new taxiway end connector, a hold apron, maintenance access roads, all associated markings, electrical work, and required obstruction removal.
