Marshall Mountain Park Base Area Project RFQ, Exibits A, B & C for RFQ

This RFQ seeks a multidisciplinary design‑engineering team to develop complete design and construction‑ready documents for the base‑area redevelopment of Marshall Mountain Park. The scope includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and landscape design for a new entrance portal, shade‑shelter pavilion, water‑system upgrades, electrical distribution, and optional construction‑administration services. The contractor will also handle permitting, cost estimating, and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. • Full‑service design of entrance portal (parking, ADA‑compliant trailhead, restrooms, bike facilities). • Design of lift‑terminal shade shelter, water‑system (spring or well), and electrical distribution upgrades. • Preparation of construction‑administration services, cost estimates, permitting, and compliance with Build America/Buy America requirements.
