Description
The U.S. Army on Oahu, Hawaii is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide drayage (transport) services for government‑owned furnishings and appliances, including installation of washers, dryers, and washer‑dryer combos, and to handle no‑show/cancellation events. Work will be performed between Warehouse Building 1091 at Schofield Barracks and the General Flag Officer Quarters (GFOQ) as well as other on‑base transient quarters. The effort is organized into multiple CLINs covering bulk drayage (by weight), unit‑based installations, and penalty/replacement services, with a performance period from 29 Sep 2026 through 28 Sep 2027 (and optional extensions). The solicitation is set‑aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB.
