Science and Lake Improvement Account Program

The California Tahoe Conservancy’s Science and Lake Improvement Account Program provides funding to support near‑shore environmental improvement projects in the Lake Tahoe Basin. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, public agencies, and tribal governments that propose activities such as managing aquatic invasive species, improving public access to sovereign land, planning or reconstructing shoreline facilities, or acquiring land from willing sellers.
