RFP: HAY HARVESTING SERVICES OF AIRPORT PROPERTY

The City of Minot is seeking proposals for hay harvesting services at the Minot International Airport. The successful bidder will be responsible for cutting, baling, and removing hay from approximately 700 acres of airport property. The contract will begin on May 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two 12-month terms. The bidder will be required to comply with all applicable airfield regulations and provide bale counts and certified weigh slips for each hay cutting and bale removal.
