The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) seeks a qualified contractor to deliver state‑certified firefighter training courses. The contractor must supply all instructional materials, qualified instructors, equipment, permits, taxes, and fees, and conduct the training at CAL FIRE’s Mendocino Unit headquarters. Up to eight classroom sessions per year (30 students each) are required, covering a range of technical rescue disciplines such as water rescue, rope rescue, tower rescue, and animal rescue. No subcontracting is permitted; all services must be performed by the prime contractor’s personnel, and compliance with numerous statutory and environmental requirements (e.g., insurance, civil‑rights, Darfur Act, post‑consumer content, organic‑waste recycling) is mandatory.

• Deliver up to eight classroom trainings per year for up to 30 students each, plus any additional small/large format classes as needed.
• Meet full‑cost pricing (all labor, travel, insurance, taxes, etc.) and submit a complete bid package by July 22, 2026, including required certifications, rate sheet, and payee data.
