Nevada Magazine, Visitor Guide and Adventure Guide

The Nevada Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide printing and mailing services for the Nevada Magazine, Visitor Guide, and Adventure Guide. The contract term is expected to be four years, starting on May 15, 2026, and ending on May 31, 2030. The vendor will be responsible for printing and mailing the publications, which include the Nevada Magazine and Visitor Guide (published twice a year) and the Adventure Guide (published every other year). Some key requirements include: * Printing Nevada Magazine and Visitor Guide: 112 pages + 4-page cover, 130,000 copies per issue, 4-color process, and perfect bound. * Printing Nevada Adventure Guide: 64 pages + 4-page cover, 15,000 copies per issue, 4-color process, and perfect bound. * Providing samples of inside pages stock and cover stock. * Agreeing to the terms of the standard form contract and insurance schedule. * Maintaining insurance coverage throughout the contract term. * Providing a background, history, and qualifications for the services described in the solicitation. * Disclosing any existing or potential conflict of interest. * Providing client references from similar projects performed for private or public sector clients within the last five years.
