Request for Information - Aluminide Treatments for Liner and Straightener Mesh

The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors specializing in surface corrosion protection for aerospace components. The primary requirements are aluminide treatments for straightener mesh and liners made of nickel-chromium Alloy 230, with the ability to withstand high-temperature oxidation reaching or exceeding 2000°F. Vendors are asked to submit their company information, technical capabilities, and overview of their background and key corrosion protection capabilities. • The substrate for the straightener mesh is a nickel-chromium Alloy 230 wire mesh directly exposed to dry air flow. • The substrate for the liners is welded, thin-walled, nickel-chromium Alloy 230 flow liners directly exposed to dry air flow. • Adhesion of the treatment must be comparable to the substrate’s strength. • Vendors should provide their System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number and confirmation of NIST and/or CMMC compliance and JCP certification if obtained.
