The State of Delaware is seeking a qualified contractor to perform full asbestos abatement, decontamination, and waste packaging for the New Forensics Science Building in Wilmington. The work includes removal of asbestos‑containing building materials, installation of negative‑pressure enclosures, respiratory protection, and comprehensive documentation and testing. The contractor must provide its own water, handle de‑watering, and package all universal waste for off‑site disposal (disposal itself is not the contractor’s responsibility).
