The City of Pittsburgh is seeking bids for the provision of oils and lubricants. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with two optional 12-month extensions. The City is looking for a vendor to provide a percentage discount off of MSRP, including delivery, handling, and freight. The vendor must also provide a full catalog percentage discount for any materials not individually bid out.
