The Kanawha County Commission seeks qualified engineering and architectural firms to deliver all phases of design, permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration for the expansion of the Shawnee Sports Complex, which will add four full‑size turfed soccer fields and related site‑development improvements. The scope includes pre‑design studies, conceptual and detailed design, land surveying, environmental assessments, utility and drainage design, lighting, parking layout, spectator area planning, bid support, and on‑site construction observation.
