Advertisement of Delinquent Tax Lists

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the advertisement of delinquent tax lists. The scope of work includes running advertisements for real property delinquent tax lists once a week for three weeks and personal property delinquent tax lists for one week. The advertisements must be printed in 5 columns, in 6 point type, and comply with Florida Statute and Department of Revenue regulations. The estimated number of lines for the real property delinquent tax list is 29,000, and for the personal property delinquent tax list is 1,300. • The last advertisement for delinquent real property taxes must run no later than May 22, 2026. • The advertisement for delinquent personal property taxes must run no later than May 22, 2026. • All bidders must be legally qualified to advertise delinquent tax lists pursuant to Florida Law. • The bidder must provide 100 copies of the advertisement to the Tax Collector's Office for distribution.
