The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a full kitchen renovation at the Proctor Heights property in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. Work includes removal and replacement of appliances, installation of new cabinetry and countertops, drywall repair, painting, and plumbing upgrades. The project must be completed within 45 working days from award (or 20 working days after notice to proceed) and includes a $100 per day penalty for any extensions. Indian preference is available for bidders holding current TERO certification, though non‑Indian firms may also compete.
