Fine Arts & Creative Learning Partnership Services - OPENING 1

The Austin Independent School District has an ongoing need district-wide for Fine Arts and Creative Learning Partnership Services. Austin ISD seeks to expand its list of awarded firms/vendors/contractors from which to obtain these services. Awarded vendors will be added to the list of acceptable providers for Fine Arts & Creative Learning Partnership services.This is a continuous solicitation. Proposals will be accepted continually through the close date of May 30, 2029, with proposals evaluated periodically and awards made as necessary. There is no obligation upon or guarantee by AISD to use any particular awarded vendor during the term of the contract. AISD reserves the right to select the awarded vendor that best meets its needs.Once you have been awarded under this RFP, you do not need to submit another response.Firms that currently have been awarded under Fine Arts & Creative Learning Partnerships RFP #s 19RFP021, 21RFP025, 22RFP023, 22RFP023A, and 23RFP082 do not need to respond to this RFP unless your scope of work has changed. Any awards made under these previous RFPs will remain in effect and unchanged, per the terms of those RFP’s and any subsequent agreements that may have resulted.
