IVD Test System Lease

The State of Idaho’s Department of Health and Welfare is seeking a qualified vendor to lease an FDA‑approved in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) test system that can run both respiratory and gastrointestinal panels. The instrument must be bench‑top sized, fully automated, and supported by a full warranty, installation, and on‑site training. The contract is a one‑year lease with the possibility of extensions up to a total of five years, and the State will purchase a minimum of 200 tests per year (≈150 respiratory, 50 GI).
