Budget estimate

$300,000 – $600,000

Based on roughly 1,200 linear feet of pipe work (mix of CIPP lining, RCP replacement, and point repairs) and typical industry rates of $250–$500 per linear foot for trenchless and concrete pipe construction, the contract value is likely in the $300,000–$600,000 range. Factors influencing the final amount include the proportion of trenchless versus open‑trench work, material costs, traffic‑control requirements, and any unforeseen utility relocations.
